Description
Lt. and QM J. Kelly, associated with the Royal Scots and also the 17th Highland Light Infantry (HLI). The HLI was a volunteer battalion raised by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce during World War I. Kelly playfully sits on a funnel with his cane between his legs, smoking a pipe, his yellow socks adding a splash of colour.
